So that art-economy become till today a specific field to define the the price of paintings, or music, or other artistic performances, in order to understand the rate of return on investment in works of art.
In that industrial epoch the artists have become interested to market the art-work and so become largely insensitive to the economic problem associated to the cultural development of creativity.
Only more recently John Kenneth Galbraith wrote a paper on Art in The Liberal Hour, 1960, dealting with a different approach between economics and Art implementing two interactive ways between art and economy to connect the qualitative beautifullness of art to sustain the quantitative economy of the global market .
So that creative industry get no satisfation in the promotion of their production based on an high quality, by the use the advertising proposed by the masmedia and TV, this because they are very costly and founded on the principle of quantitative consumism. Creative industri as well as Quantum Artists both lookforward to enhance an high responsability to develop innovation within a conscius need of change of the old methods to spend money that has generated the deep economic-crisis where we are living.
