Some years ago we know various bacteria that can make us infections and sick.
More recently researchers have known that in the gut host various species of microbes ( GUT -MICROBIOMA) that are important for improving innate immune funtions and they have an important part in how well our immune system performs.
Besides such bacteria hosted in the gut can develop multiple tasks such as breaking down food components to make them digestible or processing nutrients so we can better the make use of them modifiying the healty-microbiome though a more personalized diet.
The importance of hosted microorganism groups in the gut may influence not only how well we digest but also their composition is is influenced by the quality and how much we eat.
GUT-MICROBIOMA born with us this because the womb is sterile, so we we start to acquire all numerous hosted species of microbes when we born .The number of such microbes outnumber your body cells by 10 to 1.The bacteria are much smaller than human cells, so their total weight of micro-community that live in symbiosis with us is often estimated to be around 2000/2500 grams. No two individuals share the same makeup of microbes and their genes, not even identical twins.
